Jen Roeder serves as the Customer Support Manager for PhotoBiz, an award-winning website development company. PhotoBiz serves more than 15,000 creative small businesses across the globe with portfolio and ecommerce enabled websites, SEO and graphic design services. For more than a decade PhotoBiz has helped thousands of photographers launch their business online with a dedicated staff of creative professionals who consult on brand development, online marketing, site engagement, and optimization.

Jen brings more than 9 years of experience with digital and traditional marketing in nonprofit and private organizations. Jen joined PhotoBiz in 2012 as Marketing Manager and rose to Customer Support Manager in 2014. She leads a team of brand consultants and support personnel on the front lines of interacting with customers. Jen recently spoke at the Southern Pro Exposure conference in New Orleans.

Jen graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Media Arts & Design with a concentration in Corporate Communication. She received her Master’s degree in Communication from Johns Hopkins University. Jen lives in North Carolina with her husband and daughter.
